In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied we’re more than happy to offer you an exchange or full refund. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale/clearance items or hair accessories.
Please note:
- shipping charges are non-refundable and returns will be subject to delivery costs.
- all returned products must be unused and in the condition you received them.
- sale items can not be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
Exchanges and Refunds must be made in accordance with Dulce Bebe Boutiques standard terms. Please notify us via the contact us form / email return the item to us with 7 days of receipt for a replacement item (return postage not included) or a full refund.
